Élise holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law and Industrial Relations, which has provided her with solid skills in individual and collective labour relations law, as well as an in-depth understanding of social dynamics within organisations.
Before joining the firm, she worked in companies in a variety of sectors, where she acquired an operational vision of the business. This experience enables her to approach employment issues with pragmatism, taking account of the realities in the field and the strategic challenges specific to each situation.
She joined the firm in January 2022, joining the employment law department headed by Anne-Claire Chambas. In this role, she assists clients in managing their employment issues and securing their HR practices, with a particular focus on collective labour relations law.
In her spare time, Élise likes to leave the Paris region to enjoy the fresh air, spending time on horseback or with her animals, savouring moments of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A bona fide ‘Dog Mom’, you could easily come across her on a stroll through the forests of Chantilly.
