Hector is a tax lawyer. He worked as a lawyer in leading law firms for 3 years before joining INLO Avocats.
Hector holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University and is a lecturer in taxation at HEC business school. He advises individual clients and companies on tax issues relating to :
- disposals, acquisitions, LBOs, etc.
- restructuring (mergers and partial transfers of assets)
- management packages (including BSPCEs, bonus shares, etc.)
- structuring executive remuneration and assets (property, business transfers, etc.).
Hector provides both advisory and tax litigation services.
His passions? Music, fine food and wine, the last two of which he makes up for by recharging his batteries in the mountains!
