She is currently a trainee lawyer at the \u00c9cole de formation professionnelle des barreaux du ressort de la cour d&#8217;appel de Paris (EFB), the Paris Bar School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She primarily advises on tax matters relating to M&amp;A and restructuring transactions, as well as on the structuring of executive compensation and personal wealth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside the firm, Jeanne enjoys lacing up her trail shoes to explore new paths.
