Edouard Vieille

An attorney at law since 2017, following experience as in-house counsel at an international American group, Edouard Vieille advises his clients — businesses and executives alike — on sensitive transactions and disputes with a focus on corporate law.

With a dual background in law and management, he brings strategic and financial considerations into his legal analysis.

Edouard Vieille favours negotiation and amicable settlement of disputes. To that end, he has trained as a mediator and has been an Accredited Mediator with the Paris Centre for Mediation and Arbitration (CMAP) since 2021. He also represents his clients before commercial courts and arbitral tribunals when the defence of their interests so requires.

Edouard Vieille sits on the legal committee of the French Federation of Alpine and Mountain Clubs (FFCAM) and practises climbing and sailing, which he combines whenever the opportunity arises.
