Thomas Livenais

Thomas Livenais is a partner at INLO Avocats where he specialises in intellectual property and new technology law. He mainly assists clients in innovative sectors with their compliance with GDPR and AI regulations and with their IT contracts.

Thomas began his career as an in-house legal practitioner with the eFront unicorn before becoming an attorney with the prestigious Parisian law firm CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Kaw and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Toulouse 1 Capitole University and is also a member of Hub France IA’s regulatory watch committee.

His passion? Mountains in every shape and form: mountaineering, climbing, skiing and hiking.
