Océane holds a postgraduate degree in corporate legal advice (DJCE) from the University of Poitiers and a specialist certificate in Corporate Law from the University of Montpellier. She has also completed the Digital Transformation of Law and LegalTech course at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
She is currently a student at the HEDAC law school in Versailles. She is particularly involved in capital raising operations, the structuring of management packages and disposals/acquisitions.
In her spare time, Océane has a passion for fashion, cinema and photography.
