Jeanne holds a Master 2 in Business Law and an MBA in Management, both awarded by the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University School of Law and Management. She is currently a trainee lawyer at the École de formation professionnelle des barreaux du ressort de la cour d’appel de Paris (EFB), the Paris Bar School.
She primarily advises on tax matters relating to M&A and restructuring transactions, as well as on the structuring of executive compensation and personal wealth.
Outside the firm, Jeanne enjoys lacing up her trail shoes to explore new paths. When she is not out on the trails, she spends her free time attending concerts and discovering new artists.
