After graduating from the EM Lyon business school (Programme Grandes Ecoles) and obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Law (Université Jean Moulin – Lyon III), Philippe spent 12 years practising M&A and private equity at Joffe & Associés and Alerion. A partner at INLO since 2023, where he has developed his practice, he advises entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups, family offices and industrial groups, seeking to combine responsiveness, pragmatism and technical rigour. Philippe also holds lectures at the University of Paris-Saclay. He speaks in both French and English.
In his spare time, Philippe is passionate about history, literature, tennis, mountaineering and… French chanson.
