Matthieu joined the firm in 2026 and is a business law associate in the Corporate – M&A department. He holds the CAPA (French bar qualification certificate) and will practise as a lawyer once he has been sworn in.
He holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Cité and graduated from the Programme Grande École at emlyon business school. This dual background in law and business allows him to approach transactions from their financial and strategic angles as much as from the technical one, and to engage with executives and their financial advisers alike.
Outside the firm, Matthieu divides his time between tennis and music, and closely follows the results of Paris Saint-Germain.
