An attorney since 2013, Simon Estival founded the property department of INLO Avocats in 2022.

Simon started at the Sorba Payrau law firm in 2013, before joining CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2015. His practice focuses on property law, where he works alongside public and private-sector clients to help them carry out their activities and implement their projects, particularly in the areas of property sales law, construction and property development law and leases, both as counsel and in litigation before the courts and in alternative dispute resolution (judicial mediation, conciliation and settlement).

Simon holds a certificate of specialisation in property law (CNB, 2022) and is a lecturer for the Master’s degree in property law (Tenancy Law) at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also co-author of the Commercial Leases Francis Lefebvre Memento.
